State AGs finalizing antitrust lawsuit over Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery merger

Just like the oligarchs turned the once massive distributed internet into a handful of strongly controlled walled gardens, they are now trying to do the same with more traditional media. Like broadcast and cable television. Which they are now doing through mergers and acquisitions, creating monopolies.

This has absolutely zero chance of stopping it, but good that someone is at least trying
