To me this makes it pretty clear that sodium-ion batteries are the future, unless there's some major breakthrough in solid state battery manufacturing. Sodium-ion seems like it's going to become insanely cheap and really good for bulk storage where temperature is a concern.

A charge cycles vs capacity degradation graph or something similar for lifespan would really round this out and provide a comprehensive picture.

Also to mention, sodium-ion is completely independent from lithium. The materials are extremely abundant in comparison, and overall end of life is much safer environmentally.
