  • Pea/coconut milk
  • shepherd's pie
  • sleepy tea
  • cuccumbers
  • high fat (still greek) yogurt
  • creamed 4% cottage cheese
  • berries
  • frozen raspberries
  • dense salad/mixed vegetables
  • kombucha (low sugar but not non-sugars like stevia or xylitol; allulose might be interesting but not sure if bacteria like that + havent tasted it yet)

Jambalaya. Soul food isn’t called that for nothing. And there’s plenty of food outside the broad definition of soul food that qualifies the feeling. Like any pasta — lasagne (look at its effects on Garfield), baked macaroni and cheese, baked ziti with sausage and peppers (though I prefer rigatoni here).
