PSA - Don't rub your eyes too hard and stop kids from doing so, this could lead to Keratoconus, which means the shaoe of the cornea changes slightly and you get vision/focus problems.
I used to do that but I've noticed as I'm growing old, my phosphenes (those shiny squiggly things you see when you rub your eyes) aren't as colourful and fun as they used to be :(

Wait till your in your late 30’s and stand up to fast and your brain gets transported into the 4th dimension for about 15 seconds.

If I'm 50+ and my eyes are out of focus can I try rubbing them hard to fix the shape? Be a lot cheaper than laser.

I guess depends wich way they are out of focus, and if rubbing them changes to that shape
