That being said this is kind of a grey area. You're an illegal immigrant and you know ICE is in fucking psycho mode. Not that they should obviously die, but you're also knowingly putting yourself in the situation.
Maybe let's not blame the victims. If they're desperate enough to enter the US while they're in fascist concentration camps mode, they probably don't have the ability to say "well let's just stay where we are, we're fine here."
