I agree that it is great. That is precisely why I can't afford to visit. If it were mediocre, I would not have to avoid it. Unfortunately no amount of greatness in a watch will put more money in my weekly budget.
I would recommend waiting for a sale, but I got a black version ages ago for my original time, and it held up Amazingly and doesn’t pinch my arm hair. So it was worth the premium to get another.

Especially after you pick out all the ones you want, of course.

I mean, consider this. The Pebble Time lasted 10 years… well more realistically 6, but I did use it for 10 years.
Compared with and Apple Watch which will be dead in like 2-3 years. The extra is worth it.

how many presses/touches to get a 5min timer going?
the16bitgamer@programming.dev · 4 pts · 44d
It depends, for me it's 1 press and hold to open the timer, then 2 presses to navigate to the timer, than 1 more press to start it. So 4 total.
Making a new 5 min timer is 10 button pushes.

Might want to check this one out –once launched, a 5 min timer is a single press https://apps.repebble.com/63a5cca9f2e945c092123615

thanks! does that second part mean you can add new timer presets you can then easily go back to?

This is the app which I use for the timer. You can have several timers saved at once which you can go back to.

I really wanted the duo but missed out. Might get this at some point. Your band looks really nice.
the16bitgamer@programming.dev · 2 pts · 44d
I would recommend a time 2. I feel color screen is worth the extra.

I ordered in batch 4 January. My SO also ordered in Jan and hasn’t gotten hers yet too. But they’re coming

I like the band, I am still using the included Silicone one and its got to go. Its causing all sorts of issues with my skin :(

Ditto, it's why I use metal ones, even if my arm hair hates it.
