I love how you describe a piece of clothing as embodying a greeting or... attitude? I feel if a turtleneck is a more outgoing "hi~" then a soft hoodie is a more reserved, shy varient of the same vibe. Maybe that's why I have a thing for them and find hoodies so damn cute.

I freaking love turtlenecks, they're so cozy
The only problem I've got is finding one that I don't overheat while wearing them

And the cozy factor of wearing a thick turtleneck sweater with a coat over the top, especially on a crisp winter morning
Pure bliss

Oh yeah scarves are super great too!
A couple years ago I got some nice scarves (thick, soft, warm) but since then it hasn't been cold enough to wear them where I live ðŸ˜
My grandmother knit me a scarf year before last that's like a foot wide and 8ft long and I LOVE it! It's so snugly and it's big enough to share!

It doesn't matter how sharp your ears are, if you're not listening (paying attention) you're not going to hear what someone is saying to you.
