Basic masking tape (nothing fancy) placed methodically, slow even initial placement of the RTV, then a tightly gloved finger (with smooth gloves) smoothly going across the length of the bead multiple laps with even pressure in a single motion. Lastly removing the masking tape while still wet to avoid tear out of the edges of the RTV (learned that lesson the hard way with my car windows a couple months ago)
The hard part was the age of my RTV tube. That baby was not a spring chicken and it showed. It was tough to get it to flow but I did that away from the main event and made sure it flowed nice before I went for my bead here.

The rampant usage of the misinformation machines in everyone's pockets and a blatant lack of a basic understanding of statistics.
Oh and a healthy dose survivors bias.
I don't know, I'm feeling pretty trickled on in this economy 😿
And don't forget, when it finishes to seed that SOB for a long long time
The seas are treacherous to go about alone
Thank you
Being careful with the masking and doing some careful surface prep really paid off
Now the hardest part of the process, letting it finish curing and off gassing before I can mount it to my camera again
Those are some damn fine stairs, especially for a first timer.
I'd be happy too if I had a Christmas ham hidden in my hat
Like a Capri-sun
Hell the latest versions of Blender actually make it a treat to use.
The only thing I miss is adjusting playback speed in the editor for editing.
It's a comic about someone trying to show making friends and in the end being too scared then runs away before they do.
Unironically I use it in my glitchart pipeline lol
