Would a facehugger even work on a creature with a snout?

It did in Alien 3

They still have that prehensile tail right? I think if the little arms couldn’t latch on, the tail could still wrap around the neck.

Someone in a fancy fur suit would probably be safe though

As safe as Kane in the spacesuit in the first alien film.

I think the fit would be not as tight. But in general? Why not?
