Hackney Mayor Garbett urges minister to bin single-sex rules as campaigners round on her

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the EHRC guidance is based on a law as written. This whole issue is the government deliberately not wanting to change that law, so they can play culture war games while not taking any responsibility for the harm they're causing.
