Well when everyone tells you the Dems and Republicans are the same (they sorta are, same neoliberal interests for continuing the American imperial machine) and then your government does all it can to disenfranchise voters. And protests don't seem to get anything done since more people are protesting than almost ever before.
What do you do? Anyone who suggests picking up guns is also clueless. Police are militarized, ice bolsters up those ranks with less oversight and the continued push of tracking citizens.
I'd say we're pretty fucked in all directions and those of us who have been jumping up and down are actually now blue in the face about it.
Personally, i think voting third party sends a better message to the establishment than sitting it out and hoping for the ship to right itself. The sitout line that 'anti-trump' means 'vote blue no matter who' are disingenuous at best and lack imagination.
I would largely agree but most third parties are intended to be bludgeoning instruments for one party or the other. Case and point Jill Stein. She's everywhere during election season and then suddenly fades away.most "libertarians" just got absorbed into the tea party. The PSL has had their fair share of mishandled sexual abuse claims.
All politicians are exactly that, politicians. I do think voting is the way out of this but I think the way we vote needs to absolutely be changed.

It's free? I thought repeatedly falling for Trump's scam products like his bibles and phone and other tacky merch was actually quite expensive.
