I thought the difference in the top and the bottom image was that her eyes changed, I didn't notice the change in breast size as OP explained. I guess it's also not my kind of humor.

You never know. I've done this. My sweaters are super thin and would collapse real small. However, if it's more than one maybe it's a problem and there needs to be a little Cindy with a new breathing hole in their head.
Honestly tho how the fudge is it 2°C (35°F) outside? I'm not designed for this kind of weather, and it's been sub-10 for what feels like ages now. Our Australian jackets are designed for mildly stiff breezes, not actual coldness
I have a fan theory that she's a reincarnation of Seele Vollerei from the honkai series. Considering the artist makes gacha games comics too, that wouldn't be far off
