This is meaningless. Currencies have different baselines. Western dollars, euros, and pounds happen to have roughly the same value.

Right, it's more about how the baseline changes over time.
10 years ago, ~14 pesos would trade for 1 USD.
Today, ~1400 pesos trade for 1 USD.
