If it was any other country (except USA or China) doing this, they would have banned all imports from the country years ago. Like, I'm not saying this policy is worse than doing nothing (or worse than what my own country is doing), but it feels token and is quite in line with how EU countries keep criticizing them but rarely or never do anything substantial.
