Never had a formal diagnosis. Figured it out when reading about autism to try and understand my step-son, who is clearly and obviously autistic but refuses to admit even the possibility that he isn’t neurotypical.
Just turned 55, too late to do anything about it. I can’t justify spending that sort of money to satisfy my intellectual curiosity. The “support“ groups I tried to join were full of autistic people and I lost patience with them.
Feeling very isolated and powerless this evening. Fortunately my dog is here to keep me company.

Anyways, got some decent diabetic plans setup, that are budget friendly and found out the supplements multi-billion dollar industry has sunk its teeth into the diabete industry. Also, assume everything is a scam, all the time. I fucking hate this country
Went to the Gym today, working out was easier this time. Do need to make specific workout routines, though.
