I made entire story like and games in my head. None of it's good of course. I accept that those things are for my enjoyment. I used to right mostly original stories but since have jumped to exclusive fanfiction with OCs.
Sounds to me like you have maladaptive daydreaming disorder, welcome to the club.
I have stories lines spanning decades of my life. When I used to watch TV, I would leave in the middle of movie or show to do what my family lovely called "vovo", names after the sound I used to make as kid, of explosions and stuff
God, there is so much could tell you. Like the fact that for the longest time I didn't identity with my own face, how my ADHD plays into this. How my imagination isn't just stories lines but Ted talks and game play and therapy and so much more. That while my sister has it, I didn't know until recently, that she doesn't do the pacing and jumping you and I do. That I can't watch, most of time, live action stuff with real people and mostly watch animation and cartoons.
I once caught myself in the mirror while daydreaming and my brain couldn't process it. I was a spectators in this world, my daydream where the real thing.
Its not as intense as this for everyone, some people are immersive daydreaming, where the daydreaming is just a hobby and not an addiction for them.
There is writers blocks, avoiding mirrors, plenty of mdds suffered child abuse. There are studies on mdd you can find. People use music. You steal ideas from shows you watched. You play scenes for days to get it just right. You feet hurt but push through cuz you are so energised and inspired.
Gonna be honest, anyone else tried of how writers romanticize reading? Maybe its because I grew more cynical in my age. Maybe its because I am more aware than ever, of the publishing industries faults. Maybe its just colonialism.
I have tried looking fiction stories written in my world setting, but they all suck, one way or another. The only real dose of real people's live I get is from non-fiction and let me tell you, you are likely to even found ebooks of those, let alone a traditional hardcover book.
Also, j am from a culture that to this day, still realize on oral story telling.
Do you like non-fiction books, mostly on social issues as it intersects with science and medicine, but also middle eastern politics (hello from the deserts), cartoons, subjects like geography, psychology, psychraist or collaborations on citizen research.
Same here, but that depends if we have some common interests.
I like reading, most non-fiction, cartoons, listening science communicator podcasts, doing research on social issues, or anything that I find interesting. I like to send ppl stuff, like an amv or an adventure time meme.
Learned more about my diabetes in 2 days than I did in the six years I lived with it. I am gonna fucking cry when they paywall Gemini.
Anyways, got some decent diabetic plans setup, that are budget friendly and found out the supplements multi-billion dollar industry has sunk its teeth into the diabete industry. Also, assume everything is a scam, all the time. I fucking hate this country
Went to the Gym today, working out was easier this time. Do need to make specific workout routines, though.
When ever you bring up stimming, people jump to stress balls, and like, not all motion is the same. For me to actual process stuff, i need to be pacing, and so mh default is to reread my notebook, which is why i panicked when in university we were suddenly expect to do our own notes.
Its like we are back where we started about personal responsibility. You are being told, that you personally, are responsible for boiling the oceans. It all the same shit companies pushed about climate change as an individual's problem.
Like driving a car isn't a sin. Some people are assholes and reckless with them. Some relay too much on them, but a lot of people need them for basis needs.
All to say, thank you, that means a lot to me. I have been dealing with a lot the past few years. I dont need to feel more like a failure because I prioritied my health but don't have resources to seek professional help.
I dont think there a solution for what you want. Its a trade-off, I would say stick with physical notebook and let the white space go. You can add comments here anr there when its been weeks since that week spread, to make use of that spread.
"Why I am not a Buddhist" by Evan Thompson. I am half way through it. It did have some good points, but as is often the case with modern academic philosophy, it started to become word salad.
Regardless, it did provide me with great deal of inside when come to modern Buddhism, and Buddhism superiority believers. How the author tried to conceptualise the mind/self to the reader, was where the word salad started for me.
Personally, I find it easier to think of a being as a flame. Fire isn't a state of matter you can weight, it's a process, or rather its many a processes, that make the present you.
I just watch YouTube and laugh. Generally media is how I make the days bearable.
I had tiny biny spiral about the economy but today I cleaned my room at least.

I didn't know you could develop aphantasia.
We have
saddlesandals for the bathroom. Her main problems are concentrating in lessons. We think she may have other learning disability and her grades are suffering for it.
We intended to at least enroll her in summer courses but she's as stubborn as ox. She thinks it is waste of money, feeling that she's just lazy.
I dont think your wrong though, both about me and her, I just dont know where to go from here.

Some countries choose to block them, like what Saudi Arabia did.

Yeah. I just added the question of how You use your stars as a bonus.
4/5 on goodreads. When someone recommend online, I look it up on goodreads and if its less than 4 stars, I avoid it, usually anyway
