I hate all crosswalks. Crosswalks are car Infrastructure. Cars shouldn't be near where I'm walking, so there's no need to have crosswalks because there are no cars.
Where cars do interface with pedestrians, they should be so restricted that stopping is first nature, not an enforced and unnatural legal requirement.

Here I was thinking crosswalks didn't have gender, much less sexual orientation. You never know these days.
