How is this even patentable? There is pre-existing technology. I mean... even your average dacades=old phone bot will connect you to a person if you start shouting at it and some used to hang up if you were abusive. And the idea has been a part of all kinds of various media over the years. Shit, even Seinfeld has a joke about Kramer pretending to be movie phone.
