I don't know when U+13430 EGYPTIAN HIEROGLYPH VERTICAL JOINER is used. When I paste the MdC code here, I see some above each other but not when I paste that back here or in UnicodePad, so it looks like the rendering works different in different contexts. The converter may be wrong: only :, not - should cause characters to stack, and it should prevent that with a ZWNJ or force that (if supported) with U+13430. Maybe try another?
Also, ๐ญ is just a variant way of writing ๐, much like ๐/๐, ฯ/ฯ, ะ/ฮ, ่ซ/่ฎบ, ๐/๐ etc.

I think your initial hypothesis is correct, that the author simply pasted an English word phrase into an English/ASCII to Hieroglyphic converter, with the second word being Angry, and shit out some hieroglyphics.
It has a lot of flavor text that seems to be more focused on "use this to make a Unicode representation, which is SEO/AEO/GEO friendly because it can be turned into keywords/tokens" than "use this because it's accurate to the MdC spec"
