That purpose being: lower costs, higher profit margins.

We call it ‘financialized capitalism’. We’re supposed to be thankful for that.

I literally just bought some Hexclad pans...I guess I'll try to avoid using metal utensils on them regardless. I did use a Caraway pan before and I can confirm that those do not last long at all - absolutely avoid those.
