I am pretty sure this is AI, I showed it to a friend and they called out the weird hub caps on the cars, the floating paint brush over the paint can, and the weird roadrunner feet.
I also just noticed there is no break in the window on that van where the door is.
The pictures are also not showing the same things. The wall has a different graffiti on it. The painting has a paintbrush in one image and not in the other. The color of the wall is different. There is a ugly concrete splash in one picture and not in the other and so on.

Wenn man den Schaden vorne so an der Seite sieht, müsste die Unfallstelle doch etwas schlimmer aussehen, oder nicht? Ich denke, dem ist an der Fahrerseite jemand reingefahren und das Autowrack wurde dann dort abgestellt.

The feet are even weirder here and things are slightly inconsistent with the mural.
