Dude makes $150k a year and owns 11 homes, 3 condos, a plot of land in Hawaii. Some of those condos he bought were deeded to an address of some woman.

Where did that money come from?

The New York Times’ latest reporting advanced the story, noting the apparent fact that the Republican Senate hopeful, despite making $153,000 a year as attorney general, “recently bought three condominiums at a luxury resort in Utah.” From the article:

Mr. Paxton, 63, purchased the condos, worth a total of $1.6 million, in February, according to local property records, and transferred them to his blind trust. On the deeds, Mr. Paxton listed his address as a Dallas-area home. Police records indicate a woman who is not his wife lives there.
