While I generally agree with your statement and I don't mean to contradict you:
Sometimes finding a specific label leads you to acknowledge certain misgivings you have with your current life/path, which you haven't noticed before. And thus give you a chance for improving your quality of life down the line. But certain labels come with a lot of baggage, which may hinder any progress and its easy to be stuck in the loop...
Look, my wish for every man on this planet to have a vagina (and all the rest of the reproductive organs in town, including massive bazongas) for just one month doesn't stem from any egg-ness, it's purely my hatred of men who downplay how hard life is for women...
Sometimes I wish I had an egg period, although it sounds terrible 😅 I went from looking up what transgender meant to "oh shit I'm trans" in under 20 minutes and I feel like I skipped a step...
That meme seems to be less about feelings of gender coming and going, and more about fear keeping people closeted. Also, most of these egg memes have little to do with my experience, as I cracked before I even coming to this platform.
