I've seen this too, and I decided to experiment around with it just now. Most of the posts I've seen like this are from @LadyButterfly@piefed.blahaj.zone, though I think I've seen it from other accounts too in the past. I thought that it was an issue with not putting a post title, but I found that the posts that show up as (content in post body) do actually have post titles.
From what I can tell, this is specific to piefed.social (it didn't show up when I tried it on piefed.zip). Also, I tried with different apps and even the mobile site, and they all have the same issue for a lot of her posts.
I'm not sure what the overall issue is, but maybe some of this will help.
Sometimes there are extra photos or text that the poster wants you to look at, the title and first image don't necessarily provide the context to know that.
I haven't seen that a lot but I'm mostly on .ca/.world
My instinct is to assume its the result of automation, not necessarily a bot, could be a "share/crosspost" function that's supposed to fill everything in for you.
Maybe it’s from one specific poster? Possible explanation it that they’re telling readers that the content of the article they posted is in the body, giving them a hint that they don’t need to click on the article to read it. That’s inviting for people who hate clicking external links.

Yours has a title though. A general 'MORE' after a title is usual, but it sounds like OP is saying the title itself is basically "See post".

I add "See Post" or similar all the time to my posts, for the exact same reasons as above.
Probably like ~400 posts at this point on the FV, so far.
Ultimately though, I agree, casual scrollers won't really care, and... whadyagonado?

Some PieFed instances haven't upgraded to the latest version yet. Lady Butterfly is the most prolific poster on one such instance.

I've seen them. I had assumed it was a weird interaction with either a mastadon post to the com or maybe some other API nonsense.
But I don't really know. It seemed non malicious
