Struggling with scope creep right now. Started writing a story last year that's now up to 32 pages and only about 1/3 to 1/4 done. It'll probably end up a short novella by the time its done. So the other day I was like, "I should write something shorter and more fun," then wrote 10 pages of character building and no sex. It'll probably get up to 50 pages before its done. I've got a problem.
Surprised to hear myself saying this but I need to work on putting more sex in my stories.
I wrote stories before that had tons of sex. For the two most recent ones I started with compelling female characters, really interesting women. But then the women got so interesting that I spent all the time describing their impressive adventures, and not enough time getting them pounded.
The fix should be simple: I just throw in 1 sex scene for every 2 heroine-scenes. That's what I'm working on, hbu?
