Madthumbs decides to waste hours making stupid memes about how Linux users (don't actually) spend their spare time

Super disappointed to find this community and read the few replies from the person making all those memes.

I thought it could be some potentially clever trolling until Madthumbs responded to all comments as a bizarro version of the Linux users in their slop memes, just with a preference for windows instead.

It seems like their problem is the manner in which people behave in internet discussion itself, but they're specifically upset about Linux communities.

I've actually started to wonder if they sell apple gear.

I used to sell apple gear a long time ago, and hating Linux seems to be a trait that is fairly common, particularly in sales and endusers (not so much the devs I met). And in my experience, windows users don't care what you use either

Linux isn't flawless, but no OS is. Some of the comments being made though by mad sound like things he's digging up from forums, with no real experience.

I actually found a post that listed almost the same apps mad thumbs complained about, which was fairly suss.

And a lot of the things they've said almost sounds like they're younger too. Like an emphasis on only some games constantly (but in a weird way). Like every gamer out there is playing Fortnite

I got perma banned by him for "subversion".

It was a thread where a Linux fanboy was butthurt by an anti-Linux meme and I posted, "It's a funny meme, don't take it seriously."

It's funny that I'm banned because I really hate a lot of Linux users' hypocrisy. Like when they dunk on every Windows flaw but make endless excuses for the same Linux flaw.
