Fuck crossing six lanes of cars on foot.

Build a pedestrian bridge.

Broke: Pedestrian bridges that make things even harder for people in wheelchairs.

Woke: Eliminate 4 of those car lanes.

For wheelchairs?

Outside of the US, almost all elevated pedestrian bridges either have accessibility ramps or elevators.

I guess I should have included that I'm originally from a shithole state myself (Louisiana) and defintely notna coastal elite. Unless you consider the dirty coast elite (yes, it's a known nickname we use).

I'll admit to being the one that submitted the report. Tbh, your comment wasnt nearly as bad as OP above you, and I probably got kinda heavy with the report button by including your (as Davel pointed out) slightly ill-informed comment in with the above post.

As a southerner, I find online spaces like this rarely recognize bigotry against the southern US and rural areas. I've had this conversation a handful of times on Lemmy over the years, but as a former Louisianan, I'm sure you've heard your fair share of "do you wear shoes?" and the like.

Oh, sorry. Every once in a while I fail to notice that a moderation report is for a different instance than my own, and mistakenly reply.
