The problem is, some developers/publishers simply never remove Denuvo.
Some examples I can think of, Ubi seems to never remove Denuvo, SEGA has Denuvo removed for some (probably due to the Denuvo offer at that time), but most are not removed.
I guess some are simply too notorious to really get a sales boost. I really want to buy those Ubi games on 95% off. UPlay required? Bye.
Most publishers now go for their monthly licensing model for Denuvo.
But I think Sega must have some kind of perpetual contract as an early Denuvo adopter they don't offer anymore, because otherwise they'd be losing money on the monthly payments for their older games.
As for Ubisoft, they just love DRM. They've had games stacking 5 different types of DRM before despite the obvious redundancy.

Well atleast the first James bond game(to be good on pc) does not have Shitty DRM anymore,cause all the James bond fangames are usually only multiplayer.

N64 emulation is fine, but you might still want to use a CRT monitor or a filter to give it that effect.
But honestly, I've never had an issue with emulating n64 since like 2010. I'm emulating switch games and they run better on my pc than they would natively, and modding is easier too.
I've been emulating N64 since 2006 or earlier, it's fine. Has always been fine. For a while, smartphones had trouble with it, do to lacking hardware, but today pretty much any device should be able to emulate N64 just fine.
It does make the Steam Deck offline experience better, since Denuvo ones are the games I've occasionally encountered it needing to be reactivated to play.
I haven't played ityet, but I'm glad it's not Hitman. I like Hitman, but we already have that and just throwing a license on top of that isn't what I want from the Bond experience.
In my opinion, they take the good parts of the Hitman mechanics and apply it to 007, while also giving you new abilities with the gadgets and some limitations on random violence since you are…you know…the good guy.
The story is a little mid, but they are clearly setting up a universe for more games and it ends with some good potential for future plots.

I thought this was literally the strategy? DRM for the first few months until sales slow down.
Then they remove the DRM in the hopes of getting another sales boost.
Removing the DRM is essentially free advertising.

I liked it. It was no Hitman, but it scratched the itch and the extra constraints for being an honorable agent were cool.
