Scholz and Merz have had years to fix the issues that people were complaining about and they choose to do nothing and if anything they choose this outcome so if you want to blame anyone blame them.

One of my countryman got a chance at Cargo Bull and the fucker was like "oh i didn't like it", he got a permanent contract and 19€ an hour, that was 5 years ago and i'm still mad about it.
Merkel at least appeared to have shit under control but Scholz and Merz didn't do anything significant to justify their election and you can blame both of them for this situation.
My current daily driver is an HMD Skyline and it's been great thus far and repairability is good but it isn't listed anywhere as being supported by alternative OSs.

Companies seem to be missing the memo that people just don't have that much money to throw around on cars that have gotten more and more expensive over the years and with increasingly poorer quality and honestly i don't know which company i would trust and buy their vehicles and feel safe that it won't break down before even managing to get it home, at least that's my opinion on vehicles made in the past 10 years, older vehicles can still be surprisingly good.
