Just binge watched the first two seasons of "Interview with a Vampire"

Finally started Silo season 3, just episode 1 for now. Not entirely sure why I waited; it still seems solid, but as someone who hasn't read the books I hope the mysterious flashback cloud isn't too hokey.

I have also been dragged into the Gen Z/Gen Alpha Youtube phenomenon known as "Object Shows." I think I get the appeal to them, but do not recommend for anyone born in the twentieth century.

The Among Us show, I unironically can recommend. It's clever, respects the limited source material, and doesn't overstay its welcome (unless your kid gets fixated and wants to rewatch constantly).

Finally, sometimes when we're chilling in the living room, we put "FarmDog TV" on in the background. It's hours and hours of footage from a Australian dog rescue (please don't be a full-on grift please don't be a full-on grift) and our Heeler mix fuckin' LOVES it. I now know a lot more about Chopper and Tank and Red and Violet and Tilly and Roscoe and others than I ever thought I would... because, you know, dogs.

i really enjoyed Ozon's The Stranger (2025) this week, i've always been a huge fan of Camus and thought it was beautifully done, i don't normally sit down and watch a movie, but my mom went on hospice this week and needs someone with her 24/7 to make sure that she's not pulling out her tubing, and my dog passed a few weeks ago, so the movie really comforted me in a weird way, but i think it's a great experience for anyone
