My FYP is full of food people and one of them walks around NYC getting food. Saw him getting a store bought version of this and thought it would be simple to make at home. I used Hillshire Farms sandwich meat for my pastrami but I'm not going to complain. It was excellent. Thick cut fresh pastrami I am sure would be better but we all work with what we have.

Pastrami and egg isn’t something I’d think to try, but that both looks and sounds delicious, so I’m sold. :D

Had a pastrami version of eggs benedict on a recent trip. Can confirm, was delicious.
