Microsoft has 60000+ Software patents. Many silly obvious patents
Apple has 130K+ patents. Also, many silly obvious patents (they even tried to take sole credit for multi-touch)
Linux is an OS. Not sure how it would "attach itself"

Apple's APSL licence has a lot of similarities to GPL, and Microsoft also likely has similar licensing too

The only way it would "attach itself", is if you're taking GPL code, or using it. No different to if you were using microsoft code or adding Windows components into the build. I'd argue that Software patents "attach themselves" a lot more

Linux is a cancer that attaches itself in an intellectual property sense to everything it touches.

Translation: I can't exploit people with Linux. 😢

It's also easy to argue that macOS is worse. They use their own proprietary standard metal, instead of the industry standard (vulkan).

Giving this blockhead attention just feeds his narcissism. The less said about him the better.

He's going to keep posting regardless.. I'm actually building a case to push him off the server soon..

At least this way, there is a way for people to push back against him

As, it's basically a personal blog pretending to be a "community".. The point of Lemmy is to generate discussion amongst users
