No cook Tuesday

Cost? No idea. 86¢ for a can of chickpeas. 86¢ for a cucumber. 50¢ for smoke cheddar. Beyond that I'm not sure.

Nice looking hummus.

Do you add some of the aquafaba and if so how much?

I don't rinse them because it does have a role to play but I do drain it off. I want olive oil accounting for most of the liquid.

I find it emulsifies nicely with the olive oil in proper ratios.

Something I suggest you try on these no-cook days, if you like dips, is muhammara.. It is a delicious Syrian red pepper dish that is slightly spicy and savory... it's so good, I honestly might make some for dinner.

Wow thanks! I like hummus but can sit and eat a plate of roasted red peppers with just some plain crackers. I absolutely love them, I need to try this!

Then I must apologize... it sounds like you like roasted red peppers as much as I do, this dish will haunt your dreams.

Damn it. I'm hungry but it's too late at night to east. Why you gotta make it look so good? 🤣 great job OP
