Crest I think comes out around 10%. Look for imperial stouts, they’re up there too in percentage. LCBO will have more craft options like that. Beer store is pretty lame average stuff.
Can't speak from experience so not sure how helpful these are but my search shows some options you can consider if interested:
• Some LCBO carry these, check availability near you - Burdock Brewery "Triple Ducks" 10%; Spearhead Brewing Co Big Kahuna Imperial IPA 10%; Walkerville Brewery Imperial Stout 10%; Nickel Brook Kentucky Imperial Stout 12%
• In Barrie - Divinity Barrel-Aged Barleywine 17% - Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery
• In Ottawa - Between Two Evils Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 10% - from Dominion City Brewing
• In Toronto - TDWDTG Mole Stout 13% - from Blood Brothers Brewing
• In Milton - Imperial Stout 11.9% - from Third Moon Brewing
All the best!
If IPA is your kind of taste like me but you want stronger ABV unlike me, then look around for DIPA (double IPA), those tend to be 8.5 to 12% in my experience. Strong IPAs tend to be only 7 to 10%.
Try looking for Belgian-style strong ales. They won’t all be >10% but some will, especially quad and probably some trippels. I don’t know of any Ontarian ones in the 10+ range but I’m sure they’re out there. I recently had one at around 8.5 that was really nice. Real Belgian quads can be 11-12% and I’m sure some Ontarian craft brewer is imitating that. The Belgian ones are some of the best beer in the world imo, fwiw.

IIPAs (Imperial) are also usually around the 9% mark
