Has laying off a big chunk of your staff after bad leadership fucks everything up ever actually worked? It feels similar to when private equity comes in and does a leveraged buyout. The underlying problems just get worse as the execs strip the good parts of the company out to eek out as much profit as possible before the company collapsed in a couple years.
I guess time will tell!

Yea I tried to argue against this when she was hired, but holy hell after the past month this reeks of glass cliff. I'd wager by 2028 xbox will be done for. Shame they're taking so many good names down with them.
