My dog (lab) knows the difference between me opening the fridge and me opening the deli-drawer. Canadian fridges have one fridge drawer for fruits, one for vegetables and one for deli. (Meats and cheeses.) The differences are basically humidity/ventillation.

My dog could have been anywhere in the house, if I opened a can of tuna she came running.
