That's so much worse than I thought from the headline
It's part of an effort to prevent the state from inspecting the facilities. It took years for a judge to rule that the state does have the right, as should be obvious, now they're doing this along with getting thebjudgement suspended for review
They are successful at this point. They're running these concentration camps with no oversight
