Humans are at least 300,000 years old, if you accept Cro-Magnon as the first 'true humans.' It's over 5 million years old if you accept our older ancestors as 'human.'

A minimum of 15,000 generations who got most of their information from talking face to face with other people. Even the most ardent scholars of the past, who spent their entire lives reading books, would have had to converse with other folks in the markets and in the streets.

Cutting yourself off from other people is as silly as refusing to go outside or exercise. Your body and mind were bred to socialize.

Instead of watching the news and social media crap

I game a lot but then i have movies, documentaries or some other interesting videos on the other monitor

Im only on social media when i take a dump or am waiting in line or some shit
