I see its explicitly UNDER 1g. I can buy a 1g joint for $1, legally. With the paper and packaging, which they always weight to bump up the number, that's over 1g. So a single $1 joint from any of the surrounding states and you're now a felon facing 10 years. For a single joint.

Please let Texas(and the whole south) seceded. The US would gain money by cutting off the south, they're the heaviest welfare drainers that contribute nothing.
