We need to start arresting and charging these criminals.

I hope somebody out there is compiling a database full of photos and other identifiable information on every criminal actor in the DHS.

Agreed. I'm just saying you need proof for that and if the camera is easy to spot and just needs to be tilted away, then you don't have that proof.
