I think they did. Maybe they weren't nice to the graphic designer.
I was a graphic designer for 22 years. We used to do shit just to see if we could get away with it.

Sometimes it's worth not pissing off your graphic designer.
I know a guy who puts hidden penises in designs for people when they are cheap or just plain dicks.
