Help me choose which martial arts movies to rip...

OK, I found this DVD set in an old box and realized I should save some of these movies to my Jellyfin.

Seconded on Chinese connection.

Legend of the eight samurai is a lot of fun. Early movie from the director of battle royale and starring a young hiroyuki Sanada.

I’m afraid I haven’t seen any of the others.

The Chinese Connection is the US title for 精武門 (1972), English title elsewhere Fist of Fury, i.e. my favourite of Bruce Lee's Golden Harvest output. Definite keeper.

I'll have check out the other ones (& any alternate titles that I might know them by). Good excuse to add a bunch of films to my wishlist 😁

(My Drama List often has the most alternate titles for East Asian films.)

I've only seen two, FIst of Fury, & Legend of the Eight Samurai. I watched that in #MonsterMiru watch party last October. It was on pretty late so I don't remember much except it was pretty bonkers, & rated it 2.5/5.
