You might not be so anxious if you used a password manager

My password advice: salt your passwords. It's actually really easy to do.

Come up with something in your mind that will identify this specific login. Maybe it's the website domain name if it's a website login or something. Find a method in your mind that makes sense to you that will allow you to follow very simple rules about how to "make" the salt. Add 3 or 4 (it can work with two long words, but whatever), and a number that's important to you that you won't forget, like the last few digits from your SSN or a particular important day or favorite day of the year... Who knows. Be creative.

Take the salt, all words from the password and the number you selected and put them in a semi random order that makes sense to you, then use the same ordering.

Since that's probably hard to follow, let's say your selected words are: battery, staple, and horse.

Your salt is the last six characters in the website location, so say you're logging into Google.com the salt would be glecom

And let's use 42 as our number example.

So one example could be horse42batteryglecomstaple

I'll add spaces so it is a bit easier to read what is where: horse 42 battery glecom staple

Now you have unique passwords that you can simply look at where you're logging into and get the salt, and punch in the rest the same every time

I hope she finds more F's. Those are pretty important for communication.
