::: spoiler Tap for spoiler In what way is β€œtea” a word for pestering? :::

::: spoiler spoiler tease :::

jambudz@lemmy.zip · 1 pts · 31d

That’s a stretch even for them. But I withdraw the anger.

Blue you suck.

::: spoiler Tap for spoiler Ok. I looked it up as I was always taught and knew that Y was a consonant and not a vowel. However it seems that in a few circumstances Y can be called a vowel. It still sucks and should have been labeled something like β€œno common vowel letters” or something. :::

OhStopYellingAtMe@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 31d

::: spoiler Tap for spoiler I remember in school when learning our vowels the lesson was β€œA E I O U and sometimes Y” :::

GrayBackgroundMusic@lemmy.zip · 1 pts · 31d

::: spoiler Tap for spoiler I was taught Y can be either, depending on the word. That when it's alone, it's the vowel, but with others is the consonant. I hated that rule. :::
