A sales manager reflected on the incident, saying, "Looking back, the sales proceeds were not worth a human life".

Hindsight isn’t going to bring them back. What a tragic waste of life.

Looking back?! A normal person would know that in advance.

I know exactly what I'd say when the boss ordered that: "That's YOUR money. You want it, you go get it. If I go in there, it's abandoned property, and it's MINE. After all, I took the RISK."
