Again, I understand and agree with what you're saying about the social acceptability of swapping the terms in the title - and it's clear from her remarks that Elrayess does as well, as likely would Chomsky (I will admit though, I don't particularly want to shift conversation away from the ideas expressed by an embattled palestinian-algerian woman in favor of discussing the same ideas but expressed by an american white male jewish pedophile). Additionally, I'd like to point out that Elrayess is the president of the organization that titled the debate and, since she was elected, has been targeted with an endless barrage of attacks ranging from degrading her character to implying her family are outright terrorists and calling for their detention. She's not only already being called all sorts of names, if she had been opposed to or fearful of using that title she simply could have chosen not to. She has all the agency she needs to prevent being placed in this particular "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation.
