It's nice to get a win for once

For sure. It's so easy to fall in to despair. Revolutionary optimism! We win, Occasionally!

Wow such a small difference. Glad Abdul won but it is so shameful that that much american voted for a witch saying a foreign country that commit genocide is coming to her dream

I think implicitly lying to voters that Obama endorsed her also played a non-negligible role at the last second. But yeah, it never should've been this close

Yes and obama should dhould have showed himself and endorse Abdul but obama is pro israel so he wouldn't do it

I don't know much about this race, but I would bet his personal endorsement would go the other way, but he'd rather just stay out of it so he doesn't ruin his reputation. He's at least smart enough to see the direction things are going, whether he agrees with it or not.

Wonder what the "but that could only work in New York" crowd is going to say about this one...

The same thing, at least unless and until he actually takes office. Their refrain hasn't been that he couldn't win the primary, it's that it would be bad for him to win the primary because the mythical "swing voter" prefers the centrists that have been losing for at least a decade to anyone with actual policies.

Let's set the democrat establishment against this front-runner.

I don't think it's even needed. In fact i dare say the DNC will probably not handle this well at all.

They haven't so far in the run-up to the election.

Could help Hong in her Wisconsin governor race. Also glad to see Donovan McKinney likely prevail vs. Shri Thanedar, a former company executive that conducted experiments on animals.
Only disappoinment is Cori Bush. Not sure why she didn't fare any better in her second attempt when the last race was tight.

According to the AP this race is still on.
