Any suggestions for applications to keep track of contacts, info, and when last contacted?

I use Baikal for caldav contacts but this doesn't have to integrate. That might be nice though.

I think what you are looking for is a CRM. There are tons to pick from but one example is Krayin CRM

If you're okay with something lightweight (android app, no server, no syncing, just your contacts + regular reminders), then Tend is nice.
