How did his lawyer not get this tossed? Isn't it a clear case of no probable cause, therefor making all the evidence from the stop invalid? Courts have said that people traveling through high-drug areas within cities isn't suspicious, are we really saying that an entire state is a high-drug state?! And did they even ID the guy as the driver since they were only tracking the car?

We had three cars, full of kids, and we spent 4 hours waiting for them to search my car for weed. Meanwhile I had a full bottle of methadone prescribed in my name that I gave them, the whole time. Thankfully the kids slept through the whole thing, as they were tired out after swimming in the boiling river.
