I tried Netflix back then. As a German, I had access to 30%? And most of the things weren't there, and the good stuff rarely got more than one season. Ugh. I thought the 3,- I spent were too much for that.
Use Tailscale as an exit node and it’s pretty easy to show up on the same IP.
Also, you can just say no thanks and unsubscribe. There are plenty of free entertainment options online and books are great and free at your local library.
I ditched media in general about a decade ago, first because I wouldn't pay $100 a month in subscriptions, second because it's starting to become clear for the last few years that supporting Big Media is increasingly unconscionable
